General Terms & Conditions
If you booked a hot tub service
We should have arranged a date and time with you already. If not, we will be in touch. For a service, please make sure you have power to your hot tub, that it's in working order and that it's filled, ideally with clean , treated water. Please ensure you have a power and water source ready for our technician to get straight to work. The hot tub should be in full working order on arrival, so please be sure of this and inform us if this is not the case.
Please see our full terms and conditions here.
If you booked a hot tub relocation
We should have already booked a date and time with you. If not, we will be in touch. Please make sure to let us know the make/model of the tub, any access info and possible tough spots such as tight corners, steps, walls and tight access. If the spa has not been used in a while please let us know. On the day if you could please make sure the tub is disconnected from power, cover lifter and emptied ready for transporting that'll help ensure a streamline service. A standard two person job is for spas not more than 2.1m x 2.1m and 250kg. If your tub is larger or heavier than this we may require more technicians or able-bodied persons at the pick up and drop off points.

If you are a hire customer
We will be in touch a day or two before your hire date to arrange drop off and collection times. If you have limited availability for drop off/collection, you can request a specific time from us. This will be billed at £15 extra and is granted at our discretion.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that they meet the requirements for a hot tub hire. The Pinkblock website's FAQs section, Home page as well as the T's & C's page provides most of the necessary criteria and guidelines.
If you have booked a solid/rigid hot tub we need to be certain you can facilitate one. Unlike inflatable tubs, we can't take solid tubs to everyone. Solid spas are almost two metres in diameter and 75cm wide, so whilst we can roll them through many gardens, you need to be very mindful of the following. If you can take a video of your access and send it to us via text or by replying to this email, this will help us to assess.
In addition to that, please make sure you assess the following:
- The General Access - access of any area being less than 75cm wide and 190cm high.
- Obstructions - even if the gate or alley way is to the correct dimensions, have you thought about the big drain pipe, or wall sticking out?
- Tight Corners - your access my be over 75cm wide, but as soon as we hit a tight corner, you need to think of the width and two metre diameter of the hot tub, which will restrict it. Any corners need to be assessed by us.
- Steps & Walls - any steps or walls need to be assessed by us.
- Steep Hills - any steep hills need to be assessed by us.
- Parking - we will come with either a long van or vehicle and trailer. This means, we need somewhere nearby to park. Unless you have a pretty large or long drive, your drive will be unsuitable. We prefer on street parking, so please consider that we will need a space of at least 3 cars in length to park up.
We will be in touch a day or two before your hire date to arrange drop off and collection times. If you have limited availability for drop off/collection, you can request a specific time from us. This will be billed at £15 extra and is granted at our discretion.
