Terms and Conditions - Pinkblock Hot Tub Services (Hot Tub Repair)

Definitions:
- "Company", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pinkblock Hot Tub Services.
- "Customer", "you", and "your" refer to the person or entity requesting the hot tub repair service.
- "Service" refers to the hot tub repair provided by the Company.

Service Agreement:
- By requesting our Service, and by paying the non refundable deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions in full and enter into a binding contractual agreement with us.

Service Preparation:
- It's essential for the hot tub to be accessible and prepared before our arrival.
- In cases where undisclosed additional issues prevent the completion of repairs, the technician will advise.
- Where we are unable to complete our work due to another undisclosed issue, we reserve the right to bill the callout fee.

Pricing and Payment:
- Within 30 miles of postcode OL11 3JL: The call-out fee and the first hour is priced at £99. Subsequent hours are billed at £70 per hour.
- For distances greater than 30 miles from OL11 3JL, services are provided at our discretion, and separate pricing will be quoted.
- If parts are ordered to complete repairs, no additional call-out fee will be charged, but labour is billed at £70 per hour.
- For parts sourced externally, another £99 call-out fee will apply.

Claims and Notifications:
- Any claim for non-delivery of goods or services, damage caused, dissatisfaction, defects, or defective parts supplied by us must be notified in writing within 5 days of the occurrence.
- We should be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate claims and rectify any issues. We cannot accept liability for any part failing post-repair. Such instances will be deemed unrelated, and separate charges will apply.
- We are not liable for defective parts supplied by us or someone else - the manufacturer is. Make us aware and we will aim to assist in claiming refund or replacement with the manufacturer.

Qualifications:
- Our technicians are accredited to the highest standards, including CHTT & BISHTA. This ensures that your hot tub is treated and repaired by qualified professionals.

Scheduling and Timing:
- A time slot will be provided for our visit. Adjustments might be required due to varying work commitments, traffic, or other unforeseen delays. We commit to keeping you informed throughout the process.

Service Details and Reporting:
- Our repair service involves a detailed inspection of your hot tub's components and addressing the reported issues. Any additional concerns will be quoted separately and will require your approval before proceeding.
- After the repair, a technician will provide a comprehensive report, highlighting any pre-existing wear or damage.

Customer Responsibilities:
- Disclosing any specific issues or concerns about the hot tub before we initiate repairs is essential.
- For the safety of our technicians, the hot tub should be disconnected from power prior to our arrival.

Liabilities:
- We do not offer warranties on our repair services. Parts provided may come with manufacturer warranties, and we'll advise on this.
- We are not responsible for any damages or malfunctions not directly attributable to our repairs.

Cancellation Policy:
- A £50 non-refundable deposit is required for booking. Cancellations made less than a week before the service date will result in a forfeiture of this deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will incur the full fee.

Insurance and Filming:
- We may film our repair procedures using body or headcam equipment for insurance reasons.

Governing Law:
- These terms are governed by UK law. Disputes will be settled in UK courts.

Changes to Terms:
- We reserve the right to modify these terms. Any updates will be communicated appropriately.
