Do you do 1 day and 2 day hires?
We can do this, but you need to contact us via the chat widget, phone call or email. Usually we hire for a few days as do most hirers. It tales between 12-20 hours to heat the hot tub, so that's why the usual hire period is Mon to Thurs OR Thurs to Mon minimum. What do I need?
1. Accessible location. We can get inflatables pretty much anywhere - through tight passages and houses. On the other hand, a standard side gate or doors of at least 76cm in width and 200cm in height will be required for our rigid hot tubs. Rigid hot tubs will struggle with tight corners, extreme gradients or more than a few steps. Regardless of whether it's a rigid or inflatable hot tub, we will need parking to be reasonably nearby. Furthermore, we will need somewhere to park the vehicle and trailer if you're hiring a rigid hot tub.
2. A flat-level stable surface. For laying the hot tub down, we require a nice clean and clear surface. Grass, decking, patio or concrete is usually fine—only a small area of around 3x3m of space is required for our hot tubs. Please bear in mind you will need more than this space if you are also hiring a gazebo from us.
3. An outdoor tap/hose. Contact us if you only have an indoor tap or if you require a hot-fill for fast use. In most cases we can make this work and in winter, we may need to hot fill. The hose and tap needs to be relatively close by the set up area.
4. a typical electrical socket. Ideally, this would be within 10 metres of the hot tub location. We usually use an outdoor outlet, or indoor socket by going through a window or door. We can close some doors with the flex in them on our cables, but we ask customers to be mindful that if our cables are damaged by improper use they can become dangerous, stop the hot tub from working and incur a charge from us.
Do you deliver to my area?
If you are in the North West - Probably! We cover all areas of Greater Manchester, some of Cheshire, Lancashire, West Yorkshire. If we do not cover your area just type in 'hot tub hire near me' into Google and you should find your local suppliers.
How much does it cost to run a hot tub?
Easy answer: Not much. Exact amounts usually vary depending on many factors, but we say around £12 for rigid and £24 for an inflatable for a weekend hire. Though for accurate up-to-date figures you're best contacting us or checking the lazyspa and rotospa websites.
How does the setup work?
Our hot tubs usually take our technicians around one hour to set up and treat. Then it'll be roughly 1-2 hours to fill. Finally, we'll leave you to fill, which takes 12-20 hours to heat. We can hot-fill when necessary using a kitchen or bathroom tap. We usually use your hose from an outside tap, but if you don't have them or want to hot-fill them, let us know! Once warm, you can enjoy it right away!
How does collection work?
It takes us usually around an hour to pack down the hot tub. It will take a little longer if you have extras, such as a gazebo. We use a special pump to drain the tubs into drains or your lawn. We then clean and pack away. We appreciate, but don't require your company for this, but we will still need access to use your electricity and hose to pump the water out and clean the hot tub.
How much space do I need?
Our hot tubs require roughly 3x3m and it's 4x4m for our gazebos. Reach out if you have less and we'll see what we can do for you.
How many can fit in the hot tub?
Both our inflatable and rigid hot tubs can fit up to 6 people.
What about chemicals?
We use chemicals to maintain good water hygiene, and they are simple to use. On setup, we will treat the water and supply you with everything you'd need to test and maintain the water. You don't need to stress about maintaining the hot tubs, they're all super simple and our BISHTA-qualified technicians will make sure you know everything you need to ensure safe water hygiene.
How does the hot tub heat up?
Each hot tub plugs into a regular UK 13Amp household socket. The hot tub then heats itself, using electricity. You should leave the hot tub powered up and on, in order to use it. If you turn it off, the tub will go cold and take a long time to heat back up.
Will the hot tub be clean?
Yes, we clean after every hire. The hot tubs are emptied and cleaned after each customer. Furthermore, the hot tubs are shocked with chlorine at the start of each hire, and deep cleaned on a regular bases, meaning they are cleaner than most hot tubs installed in the home.

Do you do other extras?
Yes, we hire stunning cloth waterproof gazebos, festoon lights, waterproof speakers and drinks packages complete with ice buckets, glass holders and plastic glassware - a must-have for a safe way to drink in the hot tub.
How often should water be replaced?
Water shouldn't need replacing for a week or two unless used heavily. We recommend showering before use and no fake tan. If you can, please avoid using sun screen in the hot tub also. Plus glass, glitter, sequins, and pretty much anything other than your own clean bodies shouldn't come into contact with the hot tub.
